Hot Cross Bun's.... the next batch

Here's the process...
Flour mixed in with the bubbled yeast, sugar and milk.

The recipe.

Creaming the butter and sugar.

Egg, spices and cocoa mixed in.


All combined


It doubles in size from this.

Made in to buns (plus the tiny wee one on the end there...)

Piped on crosses.

Leftover cross mix in the plastic bag.

Milk, sugar and water glaze heated and combined together.

Finished product. YUMMO!
