Clothes Swaps and Graduation

My new friend Betty May was at this clothes swap hosted by Renette and it was a fun time to
get some pre-loved clothes! It was great.
I wore my new top/dress thingy today for my graduation celebration with my family.

So thank you Betty May!

I had a lovely night with my whanau celebrating my achievement in getting my Diploma in Counselling. What a  journey! We missed our mummy's presence but she was there in spirit. My family bought me a Ponamu (Green Stone) to commemorate the occasion. I got to pick it and have been waiting for a ponamu for a long time. As the maori tradition goes you don't buy one for yourself you must be given one. So I am very please to receive it. Its precious and I love it.
Thank you lovely family and friends for supporting me over the past 5 years. Arohanui xoxo
